We are seeking patient, compassionate, and positive women to join our committed team in our Supported Living services across the Caerphilly Borough. This hybrid role covers a variety of shift patterns and involves providing essential support to individuals with physical and learning disabilities. We have 16, 18 and 30 hour, permanent positions available. Our services operates 24/7, requiring flexibility with shifts, including: • Day shifts can vary from: 7:30 am – 4:00 pm or 3:30 pm – 9:30 pm • Waking night shifts and sleep-in shifts: In addition to day shifts You will work as part of a rolling rota that ensures consistent support for the individuals in our care and flexibility is key to success in this role. Due to the specific needs of the individuals we support [and current legal guidance], this role is only open to applicants who are biologically female. A full UK manual driving licence is essential for this role, as driving mobility vehicles is a key requirement to support those in our care.
