About the role

 

  • Variety: You’ll be involved in a range of tasks, from scheduling and liaising with stakeholders to managing databases and ensuring compliance.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with different teams, customers, suppliers, and contractors, contributing to a positive, solution-focused environment.

As part of the Estates & Environment team, you'll support the delivery of essential services that keep our neighbourhoods and estates in top condition. You will ensure smooth operation by assisting with administrative tasks, managing information, and working with both internal and external stakeholders. Your work will help Codi Group continue to deliver excellent customer service, maintain compliance, and meet key performance indicators.



Skills and Experience Needed

 

  • Experience: You’ve worked in a busy office environment before and have strong experience providing administrative support and dealing with customers and stakeholders.
  • Skills: Your data processing, communication (written and verbal), and organisational skills are excellent. You’re proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Attitude: You thrive under pressure, work collaboratively, and are proactive in solving problems.
  • Bonus: Experience in social housing and knowledge of building maintenance terminology and compliance policies is a plus!

Pay and Pensions

 

  • £ 25,877.80 per Annum
  • Pension Choices:
    • Defined Contribution (DC) Scheme with matched contributions up to 10%. Or,
    • Defined Benefit (DB) 1/80th of final salary for every year of service.

Time off and Flexibility

 

  • 26 days holiday, pro rata entitlement plus Bank holidays. Rising to 27 days after 1 years service or cash equivalent of 1 days’ annual leave.
  • Maternity & Adoption Leave: 20 weeks
  • Paternity Leave: 3 weeks
