In this vital role within our Property Safety team, you’ll work closely with our Group Fire Safety Lead and colleagues across the organisation. Your responsibilities will include carrying out fire door inspections and minor repairs, regularly testing key fire safety systems, and checking communal areas to identify and report any health, safety, or fire risks. Working closely with our Group Fire Safety Lead and colleagues across the organisation, you will help ensure that our communal areas and student flats remain compliant, well‑maintained, and safe. Your responsibilities will include carrying out fire door inspections and minor repairs, regularly testing essential fire safety systems, and checking communal spaces to identify and report any health, safety, or fire risks.
