We’re looking for an enthusiastic Support Worker to join our friendly and supportive Supported Living Services team in Swansea. In this rewarding role, you’ll help adults with complex health needs live more independently, ensuring every day is meaningful and fulfilling. What we offer: • A 10 month temporary, 24 or 26 hour part time position • A 20 & 30 hour permanent position Our service runs 24/7, so flexibility is key. Shifts include: • Day shifts: 7:30 am – 3:00 pm or 3:00 pm – 9:00 pm • Waking night shifts: 8:00 pm – 8:00 am (enhanced rates apply) ** Due to the needs of the individuals in this service a full manual UK Driving Licence is required to be able to drive mobility cars If you’re ready to bring your energy and compassion to a role that truly matters, we’d love to hear from you!
