Join our dynamic team as a Peripatetic Support Worker, providing flexible support across services in Caerphilly where it’s needed most. These are 24/7 services, so flexibility and reliability are key. You’ll be part of a rotating schedule that includes a combination of day shifts, evening shifts, weekends, and sleep-in or waking night shifts. What We Offer: • Competitive hourly rate of £12.75 – equivalent to £24,531 annually (FTE) • Day Shifts:7:30am–3:00pm / 3:00pm–9:30pm / 10:30am–10:00pm / 11:00am–7:00pm, including • Sleep-In Shifts: + £62.64 per shift or a • Waking Night Shifts: 10pm–7am (+£12.15 + 20% per hour) If you’re ready to bring your compassion, energy, and commitment to a role that truly matters we’d love to hear from you!
