We’re recruiting for full‑time, permanent Fire Safety Maintenance Inspectors to join our Property Safety team. The role offers a balanced mix of site visits, office time, and home working, giving you flexibility while ensuring a strong connection with the team.
You’ll travel to student accommodation to carry out essential fire safety inspections and minor maintenance, with a company van, fuel card and all necessary equipment provided. A full UK driving licence is essential due to the need to travel independently between multiple sites.
If you’re passionate about creating safer homes and want a role where every day brings variety, this is a great opportunity to make a real impact.
Skills and Experience Needed
To be considered for the Tier 2 role, you’ll need to hold A FDIS qualification, or equivalent.
If you do not hold this qualification or equivalent, but you are committed to achieving the qualification once you start employment, with a training agreement in place, we’d love you to apply for their Tier 1 role, with the view to move to Tier 2 once the qualification has been achieved.
