This is a dynamic and rewarding role where you’ll collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure our supported housing services remain safe, compliant, and deliver the best possible outcomes for residents.

Scheme Support Officer - Young People

| A permanent, part-time (30hrs), Scheme Support Officer working at our Young persons accommodation service in Moriston, Swansea. You will be required to work on a rolling rota which involves day shifts between 7:30 – 22:30. |

Repairs Scheduler (Maternity Cover)

| Join us as a Repairs Scheduler and help keep our repairs service moving. This is a temporary opportunity covering maternity leave until 30th March 2027, based in Swansea. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our service- scheduling work, supporting customers, and making sure our engineers are in the right place at the right time.
We offer a 9 day fortnight with compressed hours, and hybrid working (with regular office time required). |

Across both services, individuals have their own private space while benefiting from your guidance, encouragement, and support.
We’re recruiting for permanent, part-time Support Workers (up to 33–35 hours per week).
These are 24/7 services, so flexibility and reliability are essential. You’ll work a 2-week rolling rota, including day, evening, weekend and sleep in shifts
Typical shift structure includes:
• 2:00pm – 11:00pm, followed by a sleep-in
• Wake at 7:00am – 2:00pm (24-hour shift)
• Plus an additional day shift
