We’re looking for an enthusiastic Support Worker (Health Needs) to join our friendly and supportive Supported Living services team in Port Tennant, Swansea. In this rewarding role, you’ll be helping adults with complex needs live more independently – making every day meaningful.
Our service runs 24/7, so flexibility is important. Shifts include:
• Day shifts: 7:30 am – 3:00 pm or 3:00 pm – 9:00 pm
• Waking night shifts: 8:00 pm – 8:00 am (enhanced rates)
✅ Experience working with adults with complex needs
✅ A full UK manual driving licence (you’ll be driving mobility vehicles)
✅ A 27 hour permanent part-time role with waking nights as extra
