| We have an opportunity for passionate and caring people to join our dedicated team of Support Workers in our Supported Living service in Abergavenny.
We have various part and full time opportunities available. This service needs to be staffed 24/7 so you will be required to work various shift patterns including days, evenings, weekends, and sleep in shifts as part of a rolling rota with every other weekend off. Day shifts are typically split between 7am-10.30pm, with sleeps ins as extra. A typical shift would be 08:00am start, followed by a sleep in and finishing at 08:00am the following day, or a 15:00pm start, followed by a sleep in and finishing at 15:00pm the following day. Not all shifts would be 24 hours, however there is an expectation to be available to work this type of pattern.
**Due to the needs of the individuals we support in this service the post holder for this role is required to be female**.
