Are you passionate about making a real difference in people’s lives? We’re looking for an enthusiastic Support Worker to join our friendly and supportive Supported Living Services team in Swansea. In this rewarding role, you’ll help adults with complex health needs live more independently, ensuring every day is meaningful and fulfilling. What we offer: • A 10 month temporary, part time position • A positive, purpose-driven team environment • Opportunities to make a lasting impact About the role: Our service runs 24/7, so flexibility is key.
