| Are you a caring, committed, and enthusiastic individual looking to make a real difference in people’s lives?
We’re looking for passionate Support Workers to join our friendly and dedicated team in our supported living services in Ystrad Mynach.
You’ll be working across two welcoming bungalows, located close together, supporting individuals to live independently and enjoy fulfilling lives within their community.
We have relief and part-time opportunities available, with additional sleep in shifts and waking nights as extra.
Our service operates 24/7, so flexibility is key. Shifts include:
• Day Shifts: 7:30am–3:00pm | 3:00pm–9:30pm | 11:00am–7:00pm
• Waking Nights: 9:30pm–7:30am
• Sleep-In Shifts: In addition to day shifts
You’ll work as part of a rolling rota, ensuring consistent, high-quality support for the people we support.
A full UK manual driving licence is essential, as you’ll be supporting individuals to access the community using mobility vehicles.
Due to the specific needs of the individuals we support and current legal guidance, this role is open to female applicants only.

| We’re excited to be looking for a qualified Property Accountant to join our Corporate Finance team on a part-time, permanent basis (18.5 hours per week), working in a hybrid way as part of a job share arrangement that offers genuine flexibility and collaboration.
This is a key role at the heart of how we plan, evaluate and deliver new developments, supporting our ambition to build 10,000 new affordable homes across South Wales over the next decade.

In this incredibly rewarding role, you will be supporting two amazing individuals, each with their own personalities, interests and goals. Together, they enjoy a wide range of activities including music, exercise, films, visiting loved ones and being active members of their community. This is a role where no two days are the same, and every day offers the chance to make a lasting difference.
This is a part-time, permanent position working within a 24/7 service on a two-week rolling rota. Shifts will include a mixture of days, evenings and weekends, along with sleep-in shifts. Typical shift times include 7am to 3pm, 10am to 5pm and 3pm to 11pm, with an additional 8-hour sleep-in where required.
Due to the needs of the individuals we support, a full UK manual driving licence is essential.
