| Are you passionate about making a difference in people’s lives? Do you have a caring nature and a positive attitude? We’re looking for someone just like you to join our dedicated team of Support Workers in our Supported Living services in the Caerphilly borough – based in the lovely community of Maesycwmmer.
• A permanent part-time role – 27.5 hours per week
• Includes one 8-hour sleep-in shift (with additional pay!)
• Flexible shift patterns to fit your lifestyle – including early shifts, mids, lates, and sleep-ins (7am–3pm / 10am–5pm / 3pm–11pm / Sleep-ins
• A rotating 24/7 schedule that includes days, evenings, weekends, and occasional wakeful nights
• Rota provided 4 weeks in advance
• Due to the needs of the individuals we support, a full UK manual driving licence is essential for this role.
